Nanobubble Enhances Rutile Flotation Separation in Styrene Phosphoric Acid System

چکیده
Due to the weak hydrophobicity of styrene phosphoric acid (SPA), amount used as a collector for rutile flotation is too large, resulting in high beneficiation costs. In this study, SPA was modified by nanobubbles enhance its hydrophobicity. paper, modification and adsorption mechanism on surface before after were studied means nanoparticle tracking analysis, micro-bubble test, contact angle zeta potential etc. The results show that can significantly increase concentration bulk nanobubbles, recovery from 55% 69%, reduce dosage 101 mg/L 70 mg/L. Nanobubbles interact with form water drainage, reducing increasing solid–liquid interface surface. A model interaction between SPA, established, which helpful understand process nanobubble flotation.

Controlling Electrochemical Chaos in the Copper-Phosphoric Acid System
Model calculations indicate that chaotic current oscillations during anodic electrodissolution of copper into phosphoric acid may be controlled by applying a simple map-based algorithm. In the experiments, the unstable period-one and period-two orbits embedded in the chaotic attractor have been stabilized by small perturbations of the anodic potential. We present the results of an experimental ...

متن کاملPhase Equilibria of the Ternary System Water + Phosphoric Acid + 1-Nonanol at Different Temperatures
The purpose of this reaserch is to measure the phase equilibrium data of the ternary system (water + phosphoric acid + 1-nonanol) at different temperatures. Experimental solubility curves and tie-line points for the system were obtained at T = 298.2, 308.2 and 318.2 K and ambient pressure. The binodal curve data were detected by the cloud point method. The mass fractions of each layer ...
متن کاملThe Activation Mechanism of Bi3+ Ions to Rutile Flotation in a Strong Acidic Environment
Lead hydroxyl compounds are known as rutile flotation of the traditional activated component, but the optimum pH range for flotation is 2–3 using styryl phosphoric acid (SPA) as collector, without lead hydroxyl compounds in slurry solution. In this study, Bi3+ ions as a novel activator was investigated. The results revealed that the presence of Bi3+ ions increased the surface potential, due to ...
متن کاملHigh frequency sonoluminescence in sulphuric acid and phosphoric acid
Multibubblesonoluminescence (MBSL) emission spectra at different forcing frequencies ( 20, 580, 850 KHz and 1.1 MHz) in Sulphuric acid and Phosphoric acid, under different noble gases atmosphere ( Ar, Xe and He) have been investigated. Using lower frequency we observed the presence of new emissions lines which may indicate the formation of ionized species with very high energy level inside the ...
